1. Scope of Services
- Overage Research: We identify unclaimed surplus funds from tax foreclosures.
- Asset Recovery: We assist rightful owners in claiming these funds.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee successful recovery from government agencies.
2. Eligibility & Client Representations
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Authority: You represent that you are the rightful owner, heir, or authorized representative of the estate entitled to the funds.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete documentation.
3. Fees and Contingency Pricing
- Contingency Basis: Our recovery services operate on a contingency fee basis.
- No Upfront Fees: You pay nothing out of pocket unless we recover funds.
- Fee Percentage: Our specific fee is detailed in your signed Contingency & Authority to Release Agreement.
- Legal Limits: Our fees strictly comply with maximum rate caps set by local and state laws.
4. Power of Attorney & Documentation
- Limited Authorization: To process your claim, you must sign a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA).
- Purpose: The LPOA is used solely to interact with government agencies regarding this specific claim.
- Notarization: You agree to provide notarized signatures where required by state law.
5. Third-Party Costs
- Company Coverage: We cover standard administrative costs, filing fees, and research expenses.
- Exclusions: We do not cover independent legal disputes, liens, or competing claims on the funds unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Government Delays: We are not responsible for processing delays caused by courts or government treasuries.
- Fund Expiration: We are not liable if funds escheat (permanently revert) to the state before recovery completes due to client delays.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you will not exceed the total compensation we received from your specific claim.
7. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
